“DARK VADER” is a special bowl made from the African Wood, WENGE (Millettia Laurentii) or otherwise known as Bokonge.  This bowl is finished in oil and wax and presents in a dark finish.  Wenge can appear completely black to a light brown color and is a tight-grained wood with a glow of gold color on two sides.  This specimen should be “oiled” once every five years to preserve the richness of color.  You can “oil” the bowl with a common vegetable oil or any type of food-safe oil.  Measures 7 x 4 inches.
