Calculation of Price
Wood Bowls are easier to make than Epoxy Bowls. Epoxy Bowls are more expensive than the cost of Wood because the epoxy is so expensive. Also, depending on the type of "filler wood" you are using you may have to engage the Vacuum System with some slow setting resin which is a cost factor as well. The colorants vary in price and manufacturers tend to charge extra for the colorants in some cases. When you use epoxy you can plan on five days for normal production and six if something goes 'hey-wire'. That is why epoxy bowls are not cheap. We use a formula for arriving at a price so each piece is price adjusted to fairness. There is always that "WOW" factor which can affect the price.
Our prices are UNDER the market. We try to judge price on several factors. Height: how much height does it have? How wide is the bowl? Flaws? Glowing points? Finaly, the "WOW" factor. These are the elements of price.
